The purpose of this site is to share my interest in the fusion of traditional engineering disciplines with the life sciences and medicine. While a vast majority of the research and commercialization going on at this intersection relates to expensive new drugs and medical devices, this site operates under the assumption that it is more fun to consider some other applications. My name is Greg and I’m an experienced biomedical engineer, management consultant and venture capital investor. In addition to the topics covered in this site, my interests include snowboarding, non-competitive jet skiing, visiting sites of historical and cultural significance, and Seattle Seahawks football.
